On Friday, the MCC will have a DJ to spin sounds from the 50’s, 60’s, 70’s and maybe more! Snacks will be provided but BYOB and spend the evening dancing to your favorite tunes.

Join your neighbors in playing Board Games on Thursday, Jan. 15th from 7-9pm at the Mazama Community Club. We play a variety of games such as Code Name, Dominoes, Quirkle, Scrabble, etc. Bring a game you’d like to play with others or join with other players.

This month’s selection is The Ballad of Wallis Island. This sublime comedy is about a lottery winner who wants to see his favorite folk duo perform together at a concert at his home.  However, the folk duo are no longer together and show up separately unbeknownst to each other. Will the show go on? We’ll see. The movie and popcorn are free to everyone.  Bring your own beverage and a friend to enjoy the evening. Come early to get a seat and popcorn.

Stories and Santa Saturday, Dec. 20th 1:30-3:30

Listen to Favorite Christmas stories, decorate ornaments and bring the kids to see Santa at the Mazama Community Club. This event is being coordinated with Mazama store’s event, “Christmas at the Very End of the Road” which starts at 11:30.


It’s Movie Night at the Mazama Community Club on Thursday, Dec. 11th. This month’s selection is “Spirited” with Will Ferrell and Ryan Reynolds. This is a modern retelling of the classic Charles Dickens story A Christmas Carol with an uplifting ending. Both movie and popcorn are free. So, bring a friend and a beverage to enjoy this comedy.

The Mazama Community Club hosts a free Movie Night the first Thursday of each month from November to March. On Thursday, Nov. 6th, the Movie Committee selected “Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid” in honor of Robert Redford’s career. The movie starts at 7pm. and is free to all. Of course, what’s a movie without popcorn? The Movie Committee will provide free popcorn so bring a beverage and a friend to enjoy the evening.


Community Soup Night Saturday, Nov. 8th, 5-8 PM

Gather with your neighbors for a Community Soup Night on Saturday, Nov. 8th. Bring a pot of soup to share, your own place setting, and a beverage.

On Saturday, October. 25th the MCC will host a Pumpkin Carving Party for kids accompanied by an adult. Pumpkins and kid friendly carving tools will be available as well as Goodie Bags. Get ready to scoop out the goop and design a jack-o-lantern. Because of the weather, we will keep kiddos dry by having treats in the clubhouse rather than parading to the Mazama Store.

World Famous Mazama Pancake Breakfast

On Saturday, May 24th from 8-11:30, the Mazama Community Club will host the annual Mazama Pancake Breakfast. Serving all you can eat pancakes, with ham, eggs, fruit, coffee, juice or tea. The cost is $10 per person and kids 6 and under eat for free.

If you’d like a little exercise before those pancakes, the Family Fun Run with distances of 1k for kids and 5 k for older runners starts at 9 am. No preregistration is needed, just show up early enough to participate. Bring your neighbors and friends as this is one of the largest fundraisers for the Mazama Community Club.

On Thursday, April 24th from 9am-noon, join your neighbors at the Mazama Community Club to spruce up the flower beds, rake the pine cones, and clean up the inside. Bring gloves, rakes, wheelbarrows or buckets, and other cleaning equipment as you see fit. It’s time to get the clubhouse in shape for Spring and Summer events.


The World Famous Mazama Pancake Breakfast is Saturday, May 24, 2025!

Saturday, May 24th, the MCC will hold the World Famous Mazama Pancake Breakfast from 8 – 11:30 a.m. There will be a free Family Fun Run at 9 a.m.  Kids run first and then the course is clear for adults.

Breakfast consists of all you can eat pancakes, ham, fruit, juice, coffee or tea for $10 (cash, check or credit card). Kids 6 and under always eat for FREE. Seating is indoors, outdoors and under Red’s Shed – our picnic shelter.

Other attractions include a FD6 fire engine, Methow Trails Pistenbully, and information about community groups!
